四,产品结构:

产品结构如图1所示, 六面整形真空包装机主要由定量秤,整形机构,真空封口,输送机构,电控箱组成。

触摸屏如图5所示,它由显示屏幕,快捷键 [F1] [F2] [F3] [F4] [F5],指示灯组成

七,灯塔指示:(特殊订货要求,选配件)

灯塔为系统状态指示,位外壳上方,其显示比较醒目用于提示操作者注意。

当封口发热体温度未能达到所设定的温度下限值时,红色指示灯亮。红色指示  灯亮,当用户有夹袋操作时,系统处于等待温度上升状态,直到红色指示灭。

当真空包装包数达到设定值时,当长时间没有包装动作且超过所设定的暂停时  间时,黄色指示灯亮,系统进入暂停状态并关断加热电源,直到用[暂停]键解除。

当系统处于正常工作状态时,绿色指示灯亮,操作者可开始进行包装作业。  八,触摸屏控制及主要操作界面

系统打开电源后,触摸屏自检扫描后,进入主欢迎界面如图六所示,并处于自  动工作状态7. Lighthouse instructions: (special order requirements, selection of accessories)

§3 控制器加料参数的调整(需由专业人员操作)

设置参数时,所设置的快加提前量、中加提前量、慢加提前量应以保证装

包的速度和精度为前提。根据前面的定义,快加提前量、中加提前量、慢加提  前量分别决定各加料过程的时间。快加提前量值、中加提前量值设置越小,则  装包过程处于快加、中加的时间越长,装包速度越快,但是如果快加提前量值、中加提前量值设置设置太小,快加、中加一结束,由于执行机构的延迟作  用和下料口与计量桶之间还有物料未被计量,进入慢加料时,已经超差了,因  此,为了保证包装精度,必须保证有一定的慢加时间。为了获得较快的包装速  度和稳定的包装精度,参数调整至中加时间、慢加时间各能持续二秒左右即可。具体调整方法:若中加时间太长,则减小快加提前量设定值,反之则加大  快加提前量设定值,若慢加时间太长,则减小中加提前量设定值,反之则加大  中加提前量设定值定值;若中加、慢加时间已符合要求,精度还不能满足要求,则调整慢加提前量设定值,若超重,则加大慢加提前量设定值,反之,则  减小慢加提前量设定值。

十,封口温度的设置

通过温控仪上的[←] [↓] [↑]可设置给定温度值,给定温度值在SV窗口显示,

按动[←]键到要修改的位置,该位会闪烁,用 [↓] 或[↑]键减少或增加该位数

十一,工作气压的调整

系统供气压力应满足0.6~0.8MPa

形部分减压阀应调节为 0.5~0.6MPa

定量秤减压阀应调节为 0.4MPa ,真空机整

定量秤减压阀装在定量秤电气转换箱上,真空机整形部分减压阀装在真空  泵箱内,调整方法:将减压阀调节旋钮上提,瞬时针调节为增大气压,逆时针  调节为减小气压,调节到所需压力后,将减压阀调节旋钮下压,锁定该压力。

1,按安装示意图的高度和法栏尺寸做料仓的对接法栏口,安放地点由确定

2, 将设备安放在指定地点,校正水平,将秤法栏和料仓法栏对接并固定;拆 去加料机构与秤体的固定角铁与垫块,使加料机构与秤体分离;

3, 调整设备支撑脚,使六个支撑脚和地面有良好的接触,不能有悬空;

4, 安装外输送机,其高度和中心应和内输送机一致;

5,卸掉工位车定位保护,托板定位保护,重新调整传感器保护螺钉;

6,接供电电源,供气气源,接接地线;

7, 在检查设备的机械部分,电路部份都处于正常状态下才能通电、通气

  • 调整气压,调整输送机运动方向。

XIII. Installation

4. Install the external conveyor, its height and center should be consistent with the inner conveyor;

5. remove the positioning protection of the station car, the supporting plate positioning protection, and readjust the sensor protection screw;

6. connect the power supply, the gas source and the ground wire;

7, in the mechanical part of the inspection equipment, the circuit part is in a normal state before it can be electrified and ventilated.

8, adjust the air pressure, adjust the movement direction of the conveyor.

为了使真空整形包装机能够正常工作并达到规定的精度指标,  安装要求如下:

1、整机应安装在一个稳定的地面(或支撑面)上,加料机构与贮料连接后,  应与秤体分离。

2、要求要有可靠的接地线,接地电阻应≤4Ω才能保证控制器中的计算机不受  干扰的可靠工作。

3、计算机部分供电电源干扰严重或不符合国家电网的标准,建议选用参数稳  压器作为供电电源。

4、对气源的要求,气压在0.4~0.8Mpa净化无水的气源才能保证气动元件的可  靠工作和使用寿命,建议增加一个1m3的贮气罐。

§1 使用前的准备工作:

7,检查或设置称重仪表要包装的重量和包装参数

8,检查或设置真空整形的时间参数

XIV. Operational use

§1 Preparedness prior to use:

2. Open the operation panel switch and turn on the power supply of the control section

3. Check whether the weight of the scale is accurate, whether the empty scale is returned to the “0”, and if the misalignment should be re-calibrated

4. Check whether the vacuum pump has oil, and whether the pneumatic three-piece oil cup is on or not, and adjust the working air pressure

5. Use the manual operation button to detect the operation of the feeding mechanism and the discharging mechanism.

6. Check the operation of each part of the vacuum shaping part one by one by using the manual working state of the touch screen

7. Check or set the weight and packaging parameters of the weighing instrument to be packaged

8. Check or set time parameters of vacuum shaping.

§2 包装工作

1,重新接通控制部分电源,打开设备操作门(正门);

2,将定量秤[手/自动]开关转到自动工作位置,按[暂停]按钮解除暂停定量秤进

入工作状态;

3,将触摸屏处于自动工作状态,选择包装重量,套上包装袋,拨动夹袋开  关,完成套袋动作;

4,系统将自动进入一个工作循环(参见图3工作流程图);

5,当工位车返回真空封口位置后,操作人员可再套上包装袋,拨动夹袋开  关;系统将自动一次新的工作循环

6,如此反复将源源不断六面真空整形包装产品被送出。

§2 Packaging work

5,关闭气源

十五,设备的维护保养班后应做好清洁工作;
